On March 8, our institute officially launched the new semester's "First Employment Lecture" for all students enrolled in the Sports program of 2023 under the theme "Empowering High-Quality Employment, Illuminating the Future of Sports Students." The lecture was delivered by counselor Luo Wei, aiming to clarify employment directions and strengthen professional foundations for students by aligning with industry development trends and national talent demands.

Luo Wei, drawing on the latest developments in the sports industry, conducted an in-depth analysis of the employment opportunities and challenges faced by sports graduates from various perspectives, including the advancement of the national fitness strategy, the upgrading of the sports industry, and innovations in school sports education. By closely aligning with China's national context, social realities, and institutional circumstances, he highlighted the country's urgent demand for sports professionals and outlined the university's comprehensive measures for employment-oriented training, guiding students to closely integrate their personal career plans with industry trends and national needs.
