From July 21 to 23, 2025, the National Cheerleading League Finals were grandly held at the Longnan Sports Center Gymnasium in Jiangxi Province. The event gathered more than 1,000 cheerleading elites from 53 universities across the country, presenting a wonderful sports gala.

In the fierce three-day competition, our university's cheerleading team showed extraordinary strength, surprising everyone with an excellent score of 81 points, the highest in the field, in the collective hip-hop optional routine of the physical education college group. More inspiringly, the team members achieved great success in the competition against high-level universities such as Shanghai University of Sport, Wuhan Sports University, Nanchang University and Jilin Sport University, winning the championships in eight events including collective hip-hop optional routine, collective pom-pom optional routine, double hip-hop optional routine, collective hip-hop campus optional routine, collective skills required routine Level 1, collective pom-pom required routine Level 2, collective hip-hop required routine Level 2 and collective hip-hop required routine Level 3! In total, they won eight first places, one third place and one seventh place. They also obtained the qualification to participate in the collective hip-hop optional routine and double hip-hop routine of the World Cheerleading Championships Trials. We wish them excellent results in the upcoming 2025 National Cheerleading Championships and World Cheerleading Championships Trials.

Behind this brilliant achievement is the strong support and comprehensive guarantee from the university and the school to the cheerleading team, as well as the professional guidance and hard work of three teachers: Chen Li, Liu Wei and Li Jing.

In this competition, our university's cheerleading team conquered the judges and audience with difficult choreography, precise rhythm control and highly infectious stage performance. Whether it was the collective skills project that emphasized both skill and strength, or the dynamic hip-hop optional routine, the team members showed solid basic skills and excellent team collaboration ability with almost perfect performance. Facing strong opponents, they remained calm and composed, and finally stood out in multiple groups with stable psychological quality and excellent on-the-spot performance, achieving a historic breakthrough.

As a top event in the field of college cheerleading in China, the National Cheerleading League not only provides a stage for various universities to show their style, but also an important platform for promoting technical exchanges.
