They toured eight companies, including Shanghai Yifeng Tennis Center, Shanghai Mingquan Tennis Center, Shanghai Yiwangqingshen Sports Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yanming Sports Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Chengkang Sports Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Julule Sports Co., Ltd., Shanghai Chongsheng Culture Communication Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Kalami Fitness Co., Ltd.

The college thoroughly examined the enterprise's operational model, development plans, job vacancies, and talent requirements, while also detailing its academic programs, distinctive talent development approaches, and graduate profiles. Both the institution and the enterprise engaged in in-depth discussions on establishing internship and employment bases, fostering industry-academia collaboration, and customized talent cultivation. They reached preliminary agreements on signing employment base contracts and creating a talent pipeline. Additionally, the college conducted alumni outreach programs, gathering career insights from Shanghai-based alumni and collecting feedback on its talent development initiatives.

This job fair not only uncovered a range of premium employment opportunities for the college's graduates, but also forged a robust partnership between academia and industry. It plays a pivotal role in elevating the quality of talent development and ensuring high-caliber employment for graduates.
