From October 18 to 23, the 2025 Jiangxi Provincial University Football League, sponsored by the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education, was held in Dingnan County, Ganzhou City. In this provincial college football feast, under the careful guidance of two teachers from our school, Lai Yong and Ren Liujin, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology's football team, with passion as armor and cooperation as a blade, fought their way through difficulties and finally won the third place in the Men's Group B of the undergraduate category. While winning honor for the university, they also engraved the indomitable spiritual outlook of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology on the green field.

In the group stage, the Jiangxi University of Science and Technology's football team was in high spirits, defeating Xinyu University and Jiangxi University of Water Resources and Electric Power 4:0 and 3:0 respectively, advancing to the next round with an undefeated record as the group leader, showing strong offensive and defensive strength.

In the knockout stage, they faced Jiangxi University of Water Resources and Electric Power again in the quarterfinals. After a 0:0 draw in regular time, the game entered a penalty shootout. Goalkeeper Chen Yaosen saved two consecutive penalties, helping the team advance to the semi-finals with a total score of 4:1. In the semi-finals against the defending runner-up Jiangxi Agricultural University, the game was a 0:0 draw after 90 minutes, and they lost 3:5 in the penalty shootout, missing the final.

In the third-place playoff, the team adjusted their state and defeated Jiangxi Normal University 4:1, successfully winning the third place and drawing a perfect end to the competition.
