On September 13th, 2024, Rao Yongxing, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Physical Education and Art of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, Huang Lu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, and Huang Lina, vice president, and other six people went to Dingnan Youth Football Training Center to conduct in-depth research and exchanges on the preparation of the Football Academy and the construction of football sports specialty. Liu Peng, member of the Standing Committee of Dingnan County Committee and Minister of Propaganda Department, Lan Qiyu, deputy head of the county government, and the main leaders of the County Development and Reform Commission and the County Education and Sports Bureau, as well as the leaders of Jiangxi Muhuang Competition Operation Co., Ltd. and their teams gave warm reception and accompanied the investigation.

At the preparatory forum of Football Academy, Liu Peng, member of the Standing Committee of Dingnan County Party Committee and Minister of Propaganda Department, first warmly welcomed the arrival of the leaders of the Institute of Physical Education and Art, and expressed the hope that through joint efforts, the barriers to further education policies will be broken, the development of diversified school-running modes will be promoted, and the high-quality development of football sports specialty will be jointly promoted.

Later, Huang Lu pointed out that the construction of football major must closely meet the needs of the society, promote the educational concept of Industry-University-Research integration, and improve students' professional skills and industry recognition by sending them to practice bases and cooperative units, thus promoting the overall improvement of employment quality. Huang Lina proposed that the college will devote itself to building a cooperation platform of "school-ground-association-enterprise", realize the organic integration of training, scientific research and teaching, ensure the effective connection of students from enrollment to employment, and improve the training quality and employment matching of football talents.

Rao Yongxing expressed heartfelt thanks to the leaders of dingnan county for their warm reception and highly praised the development of football in Dingnan. He emphasized that the Institute of Physical Education and Art actively responded to the strategic needs of the country and devoted itself to giving full play to the advantages and functions of colleges and universities in the development of football. The college plans to provide scientific and technological support, talent guarantee and think tank services for the development of football in China by building a football college and setting up a football major. At the same time, it will strengthen exchanges and cooperation between schools and local enterprises and actively explore the training mode of football reserve talents in the new era.

After the symposium, the research team visited Dingnan Youth Football Training Center, which, with its advanced facilities and scientific competition organization, has successfully built the largest youth football training base in East China and South China, and has become the venue for important provincial and municipal football competitions.

This research activity not only deepened the contact between the college and the local area, but also provided valuable practical experience and cooperation opportunities for the construction and development of the football college and football major, which is of great significance for promoting the professional and scientific development of football in our college.
